Companies can only find a few perfectly qualified applicants locally in their area. They often post their job listings in nationwide classifieds. If they see the perfect applicant in another state willing to relocate, they have no choice but to sponsor the relocation initially.

A realtors capital is only his or her reputation to the clients. Earning a bad one may put them out of more work opportunities while a website can only deny bad reviews in the forums saying that competition has its way. If you strongly feel you have the integrity and the sense of aesthetics, taking real estate license classes is a good way to go.
